Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, odour (including perfume), makeup marks, or damage will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns must be approved before being sent.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items (where marked as final sale)
- Gift cards
- Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalised items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would prefer a different item or colour, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order. This allows us to process your request more efficiently and ensures availability of your chosen item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.
Returned items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on customs declarations.
Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration may result in the return being refused.
